AUPAcceptable Use PoliciesThis Policy was last modified on March 1, 2011. ScanTek Systems Inc. does not allow its service to be used for illegal activities. ScanTek Systems Inc. reserves the right to take preventative or corrective actions to protect itself and its users. Thus, ScanTek Systems Inc. has developed an Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), as part of the User Agreement to which each customer agrees at the time of initiation of service. This policy help customers identify activities that are illegal or may be illegal under certain circumstances, and to identify certain types of activities for which ScanTek Systems Inc. has decided not to engage upon, even if the activities may be legal. ScanTek Systems Inc. reserves the right to revise the AUP, in order to reflect changing customer and business needs. Notice of such changes will be posted here. Despite ScanTek Systems Inc.’s active enforcement of its Policies, ultimately it is the responsibility of the user to ensure that all transactions comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and the below guidelines. Transactions Covered by the Acceptable Use Policy. The Acceptable Use Policy covers all ScanTek Systems Inc. services. Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Violating ScanTek Systems Inc.’s Acceptable Use Policy may result in temporary or permanent limitation of a customer’s account. Additionally, users whose accounts are permanently limited for violating the Acceptable Use Policy are barred from future use of ScanTek Systems Inc. and its services, and such users are not permitted to open new or additional ScanTek Systems Inc. accounts. If you have a question about whether your proposed or existing business violates the Acceptable Use Policy, you can email ScanTek Systems Inc.’s AUP Compliance Department at: info@scantek.ca If you encounter violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, please report them to ScanTek Systems Inc. immediately. ScanTek Systems Inc. is a tele-communication service only. We do not store nor guarantee 100% delivery of e-mail. The e-mail SMTP protocol itself does not guarantee delivery of any given e-mail. E-mail is merely buffered, it is not "stored". We respect your privacy and therefore do not store nor databank nor scan nor sell your private e-mail. We encourage our clients to retrieve their e-mail from our buffer promptly and regularly to ensure the highest level of delivery and privacy.

The transfer of adult orientated content Spam Scantek servers may not be used to send or relay spam. If your computer or site is sending our servers spam, either intentionally, or because your computer has been compromised by a malicious program, your account may be suspended. Privacy No Warrant, No Data, No Exceptions.
